Current Opportunities:

 Office Administrator / Bookkeeper

Fifteen52, Inc is seeking a full-time Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to work at our Carson, CA headquarters. This position offers a competitive salary plus benefits.

Duties:

  • Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Bring the books to the trial balance stage
  • Perform partial checks of the posting process
  • Complete tax forms
  • Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
  • Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
  • Handle general office administrative tasks including order supplies, managing company calendar, sorting mail, etc
  • Human Resources – ensure company compliance with all required regulations
  • Participate in weekly financial status update meetings

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping, preferably in an engineering/manufacturing or automotive related environment
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets, ERP software, and Quickbooks Online
  • Ability to communicate with people on different levels within and outside the organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • Proficient with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong Organization & Time Management Skills
