Current Opportunities:

 Fifteen52, Inc is seeking a full-time Accounting Assistant to work at our Carson, CA headquarters. This position offers a competitive salary plus benefits.

This is an in-office position.

Duties:

- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process

- Bring the books to the trial balance stage

- Perform partial checks of the posting process

- Complete tax forms

- Process customer credit card payments via online terminal

- Receive deliveries of inventory into the ERP system and ensure accurate inventory counts

- Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements

- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner

- Handle general office administrative tasks including order supplies, managing company calendar, sorting mail, etc

- Participate in weekly financial status update meetings

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping, preferably in an engineering/manufacturing or automotive related environment

- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles

- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records

- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets, ERP software, and Quickbooks Online

- Ability to communicate with people on different levels within and outside the organization

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required

- Proficient with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

- Strong Organization & Time Management Skills
